At least, a 69-year-old man operating a tiny auto died after he was ejected from his vehicle. Police stated that he was not wearing a seat belt.

The driver of the second vehicle that hit head-on the auto was identified as Joseph Brewer, age 32 and he was not injured.

One of the drivers whose car were also involved did not want to be identified said that he saw one vehicle swerved towards the other lane of traffic and collided into a truck.

He heard a loud crash and the truck was right in front of him and looked as if it was going to tip over. When the car collided with the truck, it lost control and went right into his lane. He swerved around the truck but hit the high curb that caused his tire to blow out of the car. The airbags of his went off and he went around the car, saw body lying in the road and parked right in front of the car.

The witness told authorities that it was his own vehicle that went off the road and crashed into an embankment. His son sustained minor injuries and was transported to the hospital. He was the first witness to aid the victim but he quickly that the victim was far gone and there was nothing he could do.

He said that the event was shocking his son was probably hit by the airbags when it went off. They paramedics took his son to the hospital just to make sure he was okay. His daughter was also shaken up.

He was just thankful that he did the right thing; otherwise his vehicle could have been a goner.
